It’s a joyful time for my family as we welcomed my brother’s newest child last month! Having lost our father almost two years ago, this little one now bears his name. Our dad was a motorbike fanatic, a lover of world history, and had a penchant for flamboyant shirts.

A precious round-cheeked newborn, with a full belly, cozy and content, it seems such a peaceful moment, doesn’t it! In reality, there was a non-stop moving, curious toddler on the run, and a rambunctious great pyrenees joining in the fun! It was a morning of fun and chaos with two adorable babies and a collection of funny animals!

Big sister, big brother, and the overexcited dog came racing to the door when I arrived, barking (the dog) and chattering (the kids) loudly and excitedly about their cute new sister! That’s the thing about third born blessings. All the sweetness is still there, but there’s very little calm and peace. But there is great joy!
