3 Fun Ideas for Fall Family Portraits in Texas Hill Country
It’s almost autumn here in the Hill Country! The weather is cooling down, the leaves are beginning to show the slightest change in color, pumpkins are abundant, and Halloween is right around the corner. It’s the perfect time for fall family portraits! Here are three fun ideas for photos of your family this fall!
The Pumpkin Patch
There are lots of pumpkin patches around Hill Country: Jenschke Orchards in Fredericksburg, Love Creek Orchards in Medina, Sweet Berry Farm in Marble Falls . . . What could say fall portraits better than your children playing at a pumpkin patch?
Lost Maples
Book a day to go see the autumn leaves at Lost Maples State Park this fall and bring along your favorite photographer. Hey, I’m up for documenting a family hike amongst the fall colors at Lost Maples!
Halloween Portraits
Halloween, a time when your children dress up as their favorite characters or theme and get way too hyped up on candy! What better way to remember what childhood loves your kids had years from now than to have some fun photos taken in their Halloween costumes at your next lifestyle family photography session. Or, did you know I hold Halloween mini sessions in Kerrville this time of year to benefit the community? This year we’re collecting sports equipment for the Hill Country Youth Ranch! Sign up for some fun, photographic memories of your children and help out an organization who is doing real good for children in our community!
